This medical practice is a joke. It’s impossible to get an appointment, and the reception staff are beyond unhelpful. I was unable to make an appointment by phone so went in at 8am the following day to be seen only to be turned away because I wasn’t registered and they refused to help me with my application.

Good GP's totally undermined by the appalling service provided by the clerical staff who are rude, unhelpful and worst of all have little care for the patients that walk through the door.

It's impossible to get an appointment, phone line is always engaged, and once you get through all appointments are gone, this sort of service is the reason the a&e services are so over stretched.
